This Lite Paper is not exhaustive nor intended to be. It is written for the end user. Developers and I.T. professionals looking for the full details will want to read the White Paper once it is published. It will go much deeper and be far more technical complete with formulas, code, and the like. However, anyone that becomes acutely familair with this lite paper will have a solid and full understanding of each moving part. Basically, the Lite paper differs from the white paper in that the lite paper does not contain much code, or mathematical formulas. If it is a "number" or "line of code", it will most likely not be here in the Lite Paper (but some will be).
Please know, that the Fiefdom Lords platform has a full dev pipeline; as such, Lite and White Papers should be considered to be a Living Document. Meaning, it will never be complete because the achievement of one milestone is the start of a new goal.

Fiefdom Lords is a DeFi app plus exposure to residential and commercial real estate markets. We will expand beyond the U.S.A. market in a methodical operations campaign in due time. Some features of the DApp may require KYC and not all countries allow participation until the investors and or organization meet certain prerequisites (things are moving fast so stay tuned on this high profile topic %here. For instance, we currently can not market to nor provide some services to US citizens due to over bearing restrictive regulations (for a complete list of who can participate in what, see %this list. We seek to be a compliant legitimate operation that stretches long beyond a single lifespan.
Regulation, in good taste, is healthy, and desirable. We deeply understand and strongly believe precisely what Satoshi Nakamoto understood and believed to be true when he created Bitcoin. We pledge to follow in those footsteps as closely as possible. In keeping with that, we are also exploring options like zk proofs to address some challenges and overcome others.
Additionally, our development pipeline is filled for the future. Some items are years in the works and its dependency tech stack is also in the works (like anonymous credit scores). The tech simply isn't quite there yet for some of our big goals.

For those that are eligible and complete the KYC or ZK process, you can and will have ownership shares, legal rights, and regular monthly income that is directly tied to real property. revenues. There will be voting sessions for items like remodeling, maintenance, and other items as well. As an owner, you will enjoy the benefits of property ownership with none of the hassle (like dealing with tenants, legal tape, daily operations, insurance, etc).
For several organizational, legal, and financial reasons, all property is held by a legal entity relative to the jurisdiction of the property in question. Currently, not all tax benefits are able to be passed through and to each individual owner/member (varies by country). This is one area we will seek to influence as we grow.
