A building for humans that is designed and used for shelter and is not part of government, military, emergency services, or product development nor service delivery operation. They can be a multitude of styles, shapes, sizes, and capacity. What matters most is, does it provide or intend to provide all the needed essentials to sustain human life? Is it specifically designed and provided to humans as a home, shelter, etc.?

Growing food is not an essential part to living but eating food is.
